The Tiger Troupe is up and working on their newest play, The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon. The cast has been hard at work rehearsing each day after school and are very excited to perform and present their hard work to the community.

The play is about multiple stories from the Brothers Grimm. They collected stories that became many of the fairytales we know today. The originals however are not like the sweet happily-ever-after Disney versions everyone knows.

Narrators work together to present all of the stories to the audience, making it one huge story so that every fairytale relates in some way.

The Tiger Troupe would love to see people from the community out in the audience during all of their performances.  It will open on Thursday November 9 and show on Friday November 10 and Saturday November 11. Tickets are 5 dollars. Doors open at 6:30 and the play will start at 7.

Everyone involved has worked very hard. Ruben Ramirez, playing the part of one of the Narrators, says, “We’ve all worked really hard on this. I’m really excited to perform it for the community. I’m super proud of the entire cast and what we’ve managed to do. It’s going to be a great show. It’s so fun and fast paced, I think the audience is going to enjoy it.”
