Senior year is half way over for the class of 2018. It’s been an easy year so far with a couple of bumps here and there. We started the year with a kick-off through Homecoming. Our last home game had kids in the student section cheering our football team and supporting our Senior boys.

Next, we had our Senior Trip which was quite a success this school year, knowing that we were the first Senior class in five years to have a Senior Trip. 60 kids came on a 4-hour bus trip to Lagoon and made tons of memories.

After all these joys came the hard part which comes with being a senior; the senior paper, which half of us failed but thank the Lord for giving us another chance to pass so we could graduate.

Now we are in the new year of 2018 with 4 months left to cherish memories made with a family of 11 years. All of us are looking forward to graduation and college. It isn’t always bad growing up.
